2. Digital Products (Workbooks, Templates, Devotionals, PDFs)
All digital product sales — including downloadable PDFs, printable planners, and workbooks — are final once delivered.
Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted after purchase.

3. Online Courses & Programs
All course sales (including the Bold Faith Foundations Course, Accelerator Course, or any digital training program) are non-refundable once login credentials or course access are provided.
We believe in the value of our materials and encourage you to complete the lessons and activations for full transformation.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

5. Physical Products
If The Bold Faith Method™ offers physical products in the future (such as printed books or journals), we will honor replacements for items damaged in transit.
Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item.
Replacements will be sent at no additional cost.
Physical items must be returned unused and in original packaging before a replacement is processed.
